Vegan Grilled Cheese with Garlic Aioli

Vegan Grilled Cheese with Garlic Aioli

Grilled cheese sandwiches were always a favorite of mine, so I wanted to make a vegan version. The challenge was finding a plant-based cheese that not only tastes great but melts right too. I found the cheese I was looking for when I discovered Chao Slices. I tried the original and coconut herb flavor in this recipe and both are great. This vegan grilled cheese sandwich includes artichokes, tomatoes, Chao cheese slices, and a garlic aioli spread. Delicious, easy to make, and kid approved!

Some health benefits of the following ingredients in this recipe:

  • Tomato–Antioxidants, lycopene, vitamin C and K, potassium, folate, and fiber.
